Horse Adds Perfect Skin Oil is speciaal ontwikkeld om de huid van benen, staart en manen in topconditie te houden, zelfs bij paarden met veel behang. Deze krachtige olie ondersteunt het natuurlijk herstel van de huid bij kriebel, schilfers, mok en andere huidirritaties. Door de milde samenstelling en werking is het product geschikt voor dagelijks gebruik van buitenaf. Naast de basis van de minerale olie, welke ook in producten zitten zoals de bekende Shire Oil, Pig Oil of FEO, bevat HorseAdds Skin Oil een toevoeging van zwavel. Zwavel werkt desinfecterend en is nuttig voor de huid vanwege zijn antibacteriële, schimmelwerende en uitdrogende eigenschappen. Het helpt overtallig talg te reguleren, bacteriën te doden en werkt antiseptisch en helend bij huidproblemen. Daarnaast bevordert het de vorming van keratine en collageen.
When can I use Perfect Skin Oil?

Mineral oil
Minerale oliën worden vaak gebruikt om de huid van paarden te ondersteunen. Ze kunnen huidirritatie door prikkels van buitenaf voorkomen, en meehelpen om de huid barrière te herstellen. Een bijkomend voordeel is dat de kans op allergische reacties zeer gering is. Daarom worden verzorgingsproducten voor de behandeling van eczeem ook vaak op minerale olie basis gezet.
A mineral oil applied to the skin forms an insulating layer that nourishes and protects the skin, but no substances enter the blood. Sensitive, irritated or cracked skin will quickly recover. This insulating layer does not mean that the skin can no longer absorb oxygen. Oxygen reaches the skin from the inside through the blood. Sulfur

No studies have been done on the effect of sulfur on the specific type of mites found in horses. However, there are studies on other mite species and they have shown that sulfur has a toxic effect on nymphs and adult mites in particular and that sulfur prevents the spread of mites.
Van binnenuit de huid ondersteunen

Schud de fles goed voor gebruik. Breng de olie aan met een schoon kwastje en werk zo hygiënisch mogelijk. Dompel gebruikte kwasten bij voorkeur niet direct terug in de fles. Vermijd na het aanbrengen direct zonlicht op de behandelde huid, dit zodat de olie niet werkt als versterker van zonlicht op de eventueel blote huid.
