Information about warranty & returns

Returning

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product. You will be credited for the full order amount including any shipping costs. Only the costs for the return to our logistics center are for your own account. If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can contact us at order@horseadds.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of the return.

You can send an item to be returned to our logistics center yourself, or you can email us for a shipping label (this cost will later be deducted from the credit of your order amount). The address of our logistics center is:

Return exceptions

HorseAdds may exclude the following products and services from the right of withdrawal:

1. Contracts concluded during an event or other type of event, where the products are offered by the User to the Other Party who is personally present and in this way was able to fulfill his or her examination duty;

2. Products manufactured to the specifications of the Other Party, which are not prefabricated and which are manufactured on the basis of an individual choice or decision of the Other Party, or which are clearly intended for a specific person;

3. Sealed products that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of (animal) health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken after delivery.

Warranty

HorseAdds guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability and the legal provisions and/or government regulations existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement.

If upon receipt it is found that the product does not meet the specifications as stated on the website, it is of course possible to report this. Any complaint must be submitted within seven days after delivery by sending an email to info@horseadds.com with a clear description of the defect. Upon receipt of your complaint you will receive a confirmation and we will investigate your complaint as soon as possible, but at the latest within 7 days. Click here for the complaint form.
