Description
HorseAdds Yeast consists of fermentation products and residues of the yeast cells Saccharomyces Cerevisiae. Yeast can support healthy digestion and intestinal flora. In addition, yeast is rich in B vitamins.
The horse's gut flora consists of "good" bacteria and yeasts, also known as probiotics. Due to feed changes, health problems or impaired digestion, the intestinal flora can become unbalanced. Consequences of this can be seen in varying or poor manure consistency; the horse has thin manure, too much manure water or too many coarse particles and/or undigested particles in the manure. The horse may also suffer from sensitivity of the abdomen, where you can get a negative reaction to touch (whether from your hand, the girth or your leg while riding).
In a horse, the intestines are also responsible for the production of B vitamins. Normally, these B vitamins are produced by the microorganisms in the intestines themselves. However, when the intestinal flora becomes unbalanced, the production of these B vitamins also becomes disrupted. HorseAdds Yeast is rich in B vitamins and helps build gut flora.
Don't underestimate intestinal problems
Healthy intestines are very important in a horse because they are the center of your horse's resistance. An imbalance in gut health therefore directly affects resistance and overall health. In horses with sensitive intestines, HorseAdds Yeast can support the probiotics in the gut and contribute to a healthy intestinal system. However, for acute symptoms, always contact your veterinarian first.
