Horse Adds Balance – Unique balancer for horses
HorseAdds Balance is a balanced grain-free balancer, very low in sugar and starch (2.8% and 2.7% respectively). It contains all the vitamins, minerals, and trace elements your horse needs in a concentrated and, above all, tasty pellet. HorseAdds Balance is formulated based on roughage analyses carried out by Eurofins Agro. For optimal absorption, all trace elements in HorseAdds Balance are organically bound and it contains RRR-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, the most stable natural form of vitamin E.
To ensure that your horse gets enough essential amino acids, we have chosen easily absorbable protein sources in the composition of the pellets, and the premix contains the essential amino acids lysine, methionine, and threonine. These are important for maintaining healthy muscles. To support healthy intestinal flora, our HorseAdds Balance contains plenty of healthy, easily digestible fiber and the full spectrum of B vitamins.
All these factors make Horse Adds Balance a unique balancer for horses on the market, and you still only need to feed a very small amount to supplement the average roughage in the Netherlands as effectively as possible in terms of minerals and vitamins. This ensures your horse gets everything it needs with a recommended dosage starting at 25 grams per 100 kg of body weight, up to a maximum of 40 grams per 100 kg of body weight. For a horse weighing 600 kg, this is only 150–240 grams per day.
For which horses is Balance suitable?
HorseAdds Balance can be fed to any horse, from recreational to heavy work. It contains the right amount of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements for every horse, as long as it is given in the dosage appropriate for the horse.
Our Balance is ideal for:
> Horses that are sensitive to sugars and starches, as Horse Adds Balance contains only 2.8% sugar and 2.7% starch.
> Horses with sensitive skin often benefit from the high linseed content and easily absorbable zinc chelate in our Balance.
> For horses that are overweight or prone to weight gain, you only need to feed 25 grams of this balancer per 100 kg of body weight.
> Horses with sensitive intestines; thanks to the soy hulls, B vitamins, and sugar-free pressing, Balance supports healthy intestinal flora.
> Older horses, which particularly need the added essential amino acids
> Sport horses that do not need kilos of concentrated feed, but which you do want to provide with all the vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and especially amino acids they need to deliver top performance.
Balance as the foundation for your horse
With Horse Adds Balance, you can balance your horse's roughage as well as possible with the necessary minerals, trace elements, and vitamins, but of course, every horse is unique, and so is every situation. At Horse Adds, we strongly believe that as long as you have the basics in terms of minerals and vitamins, you can supplement them perfectly with individual components. There is an answer for every question that is suitable for your horse. For example, does your horse need a little more energy? Then combine Balance with our Horse Adds Structure, a grain-free muesli without added mineral pellets, so it can be fed entirely according to your horse's needs. You can also always opt for a supplement with our Powerlin (high fat and protein) or our Proti+ (protein supplement).
Balance can also serve as a basis for pregnant/lactating mares, as well as for growing horses. However, supplementation in the form of our Lacto is then necessary, and we provide specific recommended dosages.
