Different types of joints
A joint is a connection between two bones, in the body there are different types of joints. For example, you have the Fibrosa joint, where the connection consists of connective tissue, this is the joint between the ulna and the radius, for example. The Cartilagnea joint, where the bones are connected by cartilage, can be found in the sternum, among others. The most common joint, however, is the Synovial joint, as in the knee joint, for example. This joint consists of a head and a socket covered by a layer of cartilage. Between these is a joint cavity with synovial fluid (synovia), which ensures smooth movement. In addition, the joint is stabilized by the joint capsule, ligaments, muscles and tendons. HorseAdds Glucosamine can help maintain flexible joints and healthy cartilage.
MSM
MSM is an organic sulfur compound and has antioxidant properties, binding free radicals to protect healthy cells and tissues. In addition, sulfur aids in the production of collagen, supporting cartilage and tendons as they are largely composed of collagen. Looking for pure MSM for horses? Then order Horse Adds MSM.
